I had heard many great things about Tori’s Bakeshop, but never found myself in that neck-of-the-woods to give it a try myself. Boy was I glad I finally went. First impressions were, “wow, this place is so darn pretty!” With its white exterior and green door, I was entering into a vegans paradise. After being greeted by the most lovely girl who worked there, I was guided through the menu to help me decide what I was going to try as I didn’t know where to start! Everything looked so delicious. Their gluten-free donuts and maple walnut cupcake was what I chose. By the time I made it home, my treats were consumed and I only wished I had more! The cupcake had the most perfect icing and was ridiculously fresh as were the donuts. When I return, I’ll make sure to grab a coffee and have a seat to enjoy the setting even more. And as of recently, I was told that “After Hours” the bakeshop turns into a wine bar space featuring organic and biodynamic wines, cocktails and craft beer. What’s not to love?! I’ll be back. Soon.
